Designer Clothes in affordable stores

Just recently Missoni launched its target line. After one day they got an amazing turnout-shelves were wiped clean, while customers bought load with smiles on their faces. The issue, why don't other designers do it? In the past some brands like BCBG, Madonna, and others have teamed up with stores like JCP, and Macy'ss. Why not stores like target? What would really get a lot of attention is a high fashion line like Prada, or Dole and Gabbana in a store like target. They could sell items for around one hundred dollars, which may seem like a lot, but for these brands is dirt cheap. The income would be amazing, so why not?
